Trinidelphia has been pleasing audiences with their distinct combination of Caribbean and American styles for over a decade, after meeting in Philadelphia in 2005. Fusing
Trinidadian Soca and Calypso with Latin Jazz, Reggae, Salsa, and American top-40, they have developed a sound all their own. Their unique and rhythmic arrangements of jazz and popular songs cast the steelpan in fresh new light, pushing the stylistic and artistic boundaries of an often type-cast instrument. Steel Drummer/Trumpeter Chris Aschman and Lead Vocalist/Percussionist Shawn Hennessey form the frontline of this dynamic ensemble, joined by Ian Rafalak on bass and Matt Chenery on drumset. As freelance musicians in their own right, they have performed with artists such as Dionne Warwick, Chaka Khan, Paquito D'Rivera, Bill Withers, Stanley Clarke, Teena Marie, Joe Piscopo, Jeffry Iqbar, Andy Narell, The O'Jays, Justin Guarani, and Melody Gardot, and at venues ranging from Philadelphia's Verizon Hall, the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York, and the Queen's Park Savannah in Port-of-Spain Trinidad.

His professional engagements include performances and recordings with The Roots, Jay Z, Usher, Jill Scott, Huffamoose, Philadelphia Chamber Orchestra, Opera Philadelphia and many more. He is an active songwriter and session guitarist who produces for his own band, The Fractals, and collaborates with countless artists. Calling Philadelphia home, Kevin is currently on faculty at The University Of The Arts.
Arturo Stable
Arturo Stable is a Cuban master percussionist and composer. His diverse musical experience and unique sound have allowed him to work in many environments, but he is best known as a Latin jazz percussionist. He has performed in many famous jazz festivals around the world, such as the San Francisco Jazz Festival and the Vitoria-Gasteiz jazz festival, and has also played with some of the most notable jazz performers, including Paquito D'Rivera, Esperanza Spalding, and David Sánchez.
Charysse Tia Harper
Filmmaker Charysse Tia Harper was born to Trinidadian parents and raised in Oxnard, California. She graduated from the University of Southern California (May 2006) with Bachelor degrees in Cinema & Television Productions and Broadcast Journalism. She also earned a Master’s in Management & Leadership (May 2009) at Regent’s University London in the United Kingdom. Upon finishing her undergraduate studies, Charysse moved to London. Being immersed in an international city with a large mix of ethnicities, she fell in love with learning about different cultures. She has traveled to 20 countries and has enjoyed recounting her experiences with her family and friends. Because of this, Charysse knew that making foreign documentaries would be her calling in life. Over her career, Charysse has worked on numerous projects ranging from a World War II independent film (Only the Brave), a film exploring how people cope when working in Las Vegas (Sin City), and now Panamundo parts 1 and 2, films exploring the history and future of the Steelpan art form.
