The World Cafe Live footprint includes two separate spaces: a cafe and restaurant that accommodates 120 seated or 200 standing, and a separate dazzling music hall that comfortably seats 300 and expands to accommodate 650 standing. In each space you can expect flawless sound, lighting, and video, on-site production and catering, flexible seating, and adjacent secure parking. It all comes together in one harmonious package at the Philadelphia region’s premier music destination and events facility, World Cafe Live.

CATERING MENU

In either our upscale cafe or our dramatic 3-tiered performance space, you can expect the best. There are full kitchens and bars on both levels operated by experienced banquet chefs and professional service staff. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible, 100% smoke-free, Wi-Fi enabled, and wired for sound and video with a state-of-the-art projection system with a 14′ drop-down screen on the main stage.

For more than a decade we have hosted weddings and commitment ceremonies, galas, fundraisers, beer festivals, business expos, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays and business meetings. At World Cafe Live we can do it all, and a dedicated planner will oversee every aspect of your affair, from the first phone call through the end of your successful event.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVE

Downstairs Live features three tiers of flexible event space. It consists of the Main Floor, Loge (bar area), and Mezzanine. With this dynamic layout, this space is perfect for weddings and commitment ceremonies, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, corporate meetings, private concerts, client appreciation parties, fundraisers, galas, and more.

MEZZANINE

With a Mezzanine buy-out, you and your team can celebrate in style in our VIP seating. With seating for over 50 guests, it’s easy to transition this balcony space from a networking event or meeting to the best seats in the house. UPSTAIRS LIVE

Upstairs Live is an upscale cafe featuring floor to ceiling windows, a bright vibrant color scheme, and an intimate stage. As our more intimate venue, this space is perfect for guests who want a cozy space without a big price tag. This space is ideal for cocktail receptions, happy hours, dinner parties, rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings, presentations, meetings and more.
