In addition to metered on-street parking, The University of Pennsylvania donates lots for use by World Cafe Live to help us in providing Free Parking to our guests after 5:30pm on weekdays and from 8am-3am on weekends!
Please note that all of the below lots are subject to Penn parking rates during times when there is a Penn Athletic Event.

Lots # 1, # 26: Location: Turn right off of Walnut St. before 33rd St.
Access: first right off of Walnut St. past the Left Bank Building (before 33rd St)
Hours: M-F free after 5:30pm*, Sat & Sun free 8am-3am
Lot # 45: Location: left of Levy Tennis Pavillion
Access: Chestnut St. to 31st St., Right on 31st, at end of 31st, right on Jones Way, take immediate left (signs for Levy Tennis Pavillion/Bowers Field), fence-lined access road to first right into Levy Tennis Pavillion. Turn left to enter Lot #45.
Hours: M-F free after 5:30pm*, Sat & Sun free 8am-3am
Lot # 47: Location: under Walnut St. overpass @ 31st
Access: Chestnut to 31st St., Right on 31st, at end of 31st, right on Jones Way, take immediate left down fence-lined access road (signs for Levy Tennis Pavillion/Bowers Field). Parking along fence line on left is Lot #47.
Hours: M-F free after 5:30pm*, Sat & Sun free 8am-3am
Lot # 49: Location: under Walnut St. overpass @ 31st
Access: Chestnut to 31st St., Right on 31st, at end of 31st, right on Jones Way, first lot on right.
Hours: M-F free after 5:30pm*, Sat & Sun free 8am-3am

Horizon House Lot: Location: under Walnut St. overpass @ 31st
Access: Chestnut to 31st St., Right on 31st, at end of 31st, left on Jones Way, follow World Cafe Live Parking signs to FIRST gated lot on left.
Do NOT park in the second lot on left - vehicles will be towed at owners' expense.
All vehicles must be removed from lot within 1 hour following end of event - gates are locked and remaining vehicles are towed at owners' expense.
Hours: M-F free after 5:30pm
This lot is unavailble when used for valet during private events.
Metered Parking Located On:: Walnut St. - 12hr meters: 8a-8p, Mon-Sat; Sundays free

31st St. - 4hr meters: 8a-12mid, 7 days per week.

Chestnut St. - 3hr meters: 9a-8p, Mon-Sat; Sundays free.

30th St. - 4hr meters: 8a-12mid, 7 days per week.

* Denotes free lot parking during times when there are no Penn athletic events taking place.
